Privacy policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Institor (useinstitor.com) collects, why, and what you can do about it. The controller is David Ruiz (ConLaVida), Carretera Antiga de València, 41, 08914 Badalona, Spain. Contact: institoria@proton.me.
What we collect
Free guide: your email, your language, the date you gave your consent and, if you came from an ad, the campaign parameters of the link (utm). To stop abuse we keep a one-way fingerprint of your connection, never your IP address in clear.
Customers: your email and the payment details that Stripe shares with us (customer and subscription identifiers and status). We never see or store your card number.
Inside the app: the products, photos, videos, creators and clips you create, and your Higgsfield API key, which is stored encrypted.
Why we use it
To send you the guide you asked for and, if you agreed, emails about making video ads (your consent; you can withdraw it at any time).
To create and run your account, charge the subscription and give you support (the contract with you).
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
Who processes it for us
Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Brevo (emails). When you generate videos, your prompts and references go to Higgsfield using your own API key and account. We do not sell your data.
Some of these providers are in the United States. They process data under their own data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
Guide emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account data: while your account exists, and afterwards only what we must keep by law (for example, billing records).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent, by writing to institoria@proton.me. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. In the European Union you can also complain to your data-protection authority.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
